We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all products. Please note that because slime is a handmade item, slight variations in colour, texture, scent and appearance are normal and not considered defects.

Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Shipping costs, methods and timeframes are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our sensory products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
